Mindful Meetings | Active Listening | Presence

Why is communication important?

Communication can be a source of great joy and productivity. It can also be a source of great frustration. There are two basic neurological tendencies that can be barriers to fruitful communication: the wandering mind and our habitual perception.

Skilled digital communication requires extra patience and presence. Actively listening by asking reassuring questions and encouraging open discussion and a focus on choosing words is conscious, polite, and non-judgemental.

What will we explore during this workshop?
